Use Dog Park at Your Own Risk

1. Community Garden Builders is not responsible for any harm, injury or loss arising out of use

2. Keep gates closed at all times

3. Dog owners must be in the dog park with their dogs at all times

4. Do not leave dogs unattended

5. Pick up after your dog immediately - use waste receptacles

6. Dogs must wear a collar or harness at all times while in the dog park

7. No aggressive dogs are allowed within the dog park

8. Dogs must be licensed and immunized in order to enter the dog park

9. Food and glass are not permitted within the dog park

10. Smoking or vaping is not permitted within the dog park

11. Dog owners are responsible for any damage caused by their dogs

12. Please respect neighbors and limit excessive barking

13. Puppies under four months and dogs in heat are not permitted

14. Pets other than dogs are not permitted in the dog park

15. This dog park may need to be closed for periodic maintenance
